As an Editor, Baillie manages the publication of British Art Studies, the Centre’s online research journal. Alongside the publications team, she is also responsible for shaping the Centre’s broader online and print publications strategy, and provides editorial expertise on the Publications Committee and on the design and production of new books. In collaboration with her colleagues, she is developing a new in-house book series as well as forthcoming online publications.
 
Before joining the Centre, she was a Commissioning Editor at I.B.Tauris & Co., where she oversaw a list of innovative scholarly books on international modern and contemporary visual culture. Prior to her work in publishing, she also organised auctions and carried out art historical research in the contemporary art department at Sotheby’s London.
 
Baillie has an MA in History of Art from the University of Edinburgh and an MSt in History of Art and Visual Culture from the University of Oxford.
